Wedgwood Mother's Day Plates
Wedgwood's Mother's Day series was begun in 1971. The first plate was issued in black basalt with a gold border, and was undated except for an impressed "71" date code on the back. Most subsequent years were issued in the standard blue jasperware with white decoration, but some years were done in other colors, as indicated below (plate color / decoration color).
All of the following plates are mint condition, some with original box. (Please ASK if the box is important .)
