Rosenthal Christmas Plates
I have almost all years of Rosenthal Christmas plates in stock from 1910 to 2000. All plates listed on this page are in Excellent Condition -- no chips, cracks, repairs, or other significant defect. All of these plates are priced substantially below book value: the 1911 books as high as $325, my price $95; the 1970 books as high as $200, my price $29; and the 1986 had an Issue Price of $195 when new, my price $95.
I am interested in purchasing Rosenthal Christmas plates, Rosenthal Easter plates, and pre-1960 Rosenthal commemorative plates. I would also like to know if this Christmas series ended in 2000; any information would be appreciated.
From 1971 through 1982, Rosenthal produced another set of Christmas plates, designed by Bjorn Wiinblad; these are larger (almost 12"), more modern and very colorful. Click on Bjorn Wiinblad for more information about this and related series.
