WEDGWOOD First Decade Christmas Plate

Wedgwood issued it's first Christmas plate in 1969.  This series of 8" blue and  white jasperware Christmas plates featured landmarks from London and environs, and continued for 20 years, ending in 1988.  Two "Decade Plates" were issued to commemorate the first decade and second decade of the series. Each of the decade plates was issued both in two-color and in three-color jasperware Limited Editions.  Click on any photo to enlarge.
