Overglaze figurine Fairy Tale III #1664 by Royal Copenhagen, discontinued in the mid-1980s. This figurine was designed by Gerhard Henning in 1914.  Last US List Price was $3575 in 1981; if available new today, it would be more than double that.  It is approximately  8 inches tall.  Signed with the Royal Copenhagen trademark of three wavey blue lines; the Julianna crown (hand-painted -- indicated an overglaze figurine); DENMARK; the painter's mark "Lbx"; Gerhard Henning's mark (a heart with a crown above); and the date "19-6-59" (June 19, 1959).   Also signed with Gerhard Henning's mark on the top of the base in back.
