  Jack and the Beanstalk

Jack is shown returning from his trip up the Beanstalk, which had grown (all the way up to the sky!) from the magical beans he had traded for his mother's cow.  Tied to his waist, Jack carries the sack of gold coins that he has stolen from the giant ogre (upper right).  The ogre was so near-sighted that he was unable to see Jack, even when Jack was right before his eyes.
